BIRMINGHAM, Ala., April 15, 2015 — The California-based real estate investment firm, Heller Stone, based in Los Angeles and Malibu, CA, has selected Panorama Public Relations to lead strategic communications and market repositioning efforts for a 508-unit multifamily community in the Birmingham metropolitan area formerly known as The Enclave.
The 80-acre residential property, located adjacent to the City of Mountain Brook, includes tax parcels spanning Mountain Brook, Birmingham, and Irondale. The community was developed in phases between 1972 and 1987 and is one of the region’s larger multifamily assets.
Panorama Public Relations, headquartered in Birmingham, will support the ownership group with brand strategy, stakeholder engagement, reputation management, and communications tied to the property’s next chapter.
